Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Maximum adult weight is 75 pounds.
Breed restrictions apply. Please read our applicant criteria for the list.
Non-refundable pet fee is $300 for 1 pet, and $500 for 2 pets.
$25 monthly pet rent will be charged per pet.

Avistar on the Boulevard apartments in San Antonio, TX allow cats and dogs under our pet-friendly policy. Many homes include a personal balcony or patio, extra storage to keep pet gear organized, and ceiling fans for everyday comfort. The community offers access to public transportation and easy access to shopping, and the surrounding area provides nearby parks and pet services for daily outings. Enjoy 5 dog stations throughout the community.
